1. Introduction

Welcome to Pokmanager, the online tool designed for poker players who want to track their bankroll, analyze their performance, and improve their game.

Pokmanager replaces complicated spreadsheets with a clear and intuitive interface.
You can record all your poker sessions, monitor your financial evolution, and obtain detailed statistics to enhance your profitability.

Main goals:

  • Centralize the management of your bankrolls.
  • Record each session (buy-in, winnings, variants, duration, notes).
  • Maintain accurate financial tracking through transactions.
  • Visualize your progress with charts and trophies.

2. Create an account and log in

2.1 Sign up

  • Click “Start free trial”.
  • Enter your email address and choose a secure password.
  • You have a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required.

2.2 Login

  • From the homepage, click “Login”.
  • Enter your email and password.

2.3 Forgot password

  • Click “Forgot password?”.
  • Enter your email to receive a reset link.

2.4 Profile

  • In your profile area, you can update your email, password, display language, default currency, and other preferences.

3. Key concepts

  • Bankroll: a virtual “account” where you track your poker money (deposits, withdrawals, current balance).
  • Session: each poker session (tournament, cash game, sit & go, etc.) you record with full details.
  • Transaction: a financial movement (deposit, withdrawal).
  • Trophy: a virtual reward that highlights your achievements (e.g. first place in an MTT, positive ROI, high volume).

4. Dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview of your activity.

4.1 Key indicators

  • Net profit: difference between winnings and buy-ins.
  • ROI (%): return on investment.
  • Hourly rate: profit divided by playing time.
  • Volume: number of tournaments or sessions played.

4.2 Charts

  • Profit evolution over time.
  • Comparison by format or variant.

5. Bankrolls

5.1 Create a bankroll

  • Menu → BankrollsCreate.
  • Name your bankroll (e.g. “PokerStars” or “Live - Club”).
  • Select the currency.
  • Enter the current amount of your bankroll.
  • Save.

5.2 Edit or delete

  • From the bankroll list, click the desired bankroll.
  • You can edit its name, currency, or current amount.

5.3 Tips

  • Create one bankroll per platform (Winamax, PokerStars, live, etc.) for better comparisons.

6. Game sessions

6.1 Create a session

  • Menu → SessionsCreate.
  • Enter:
    • Type: Cash, Tournament, Sit&Go.
    • Format: NLHE, PLO, etc.
    • Buy-in and Result.
    • Duration (minutes/hours).
    • Personal notes: feelings, mistakes, points to work on.
    • Warm-up (preparation) and Cool-down (post-session feedback).

6.2 Session overview

  • Each recorded session can be viewed with its details.
  • Statistics are automatically calculated: ROI, profit, playing time, etc.

6.3 Edit or delete

  • You may update a session if you made an error.
  • You may also delete it (which affects your global stats).

  • Choose the type of transaction:
    • Deposit (funds added).
